Medihelp is a ****.

970 negative reviews should tell us that Medihelp should not be an option for anyone. I’ve written about my dissatisfaction before but I’m starting to see people coming forward with the same problem as I have. I terminated my contract with Medihelp on the 7th of February 2025. The last debit order was on the 26th of February 2025. Now Medihelp has been harassing me and sending me emails that they will hand me over because I did not allow them to debit my account in March. Why do they want to debit for March when I’ve cancelled my contract beginning of February and I still allowed them to debit in February.

They are referring to me serving notice; okay, I terminated on the 7th, meaning my notice ends on the 7th of March. Why do they want to debit my account twice even when I don’t have access to the service due to cancellation ?

Guys, I seriously urge you not to go for Medihelp.. you will pay so much money but barely have any benefits.
