MEDIHELP INCREASES SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE LOWEST GROUP (NECESSE) BUY A WHOPPING R404-00 PER MONTH

As I mentioned before, Medhelp 10 years ago were good. Now they are bad (no shocking). I have just received an email from Medihelp where they announced that they are increasing from January 2019 the subscriptions for the lowest income group (Necesse) from R1520.00 to R1924-00, a whopping R404-00 per month more, never mind that the most of the subscribers in the lower income group are pensioners and unemployed who are helped by family or friends. It’s shocking. There is no excuse for this mammoth increase. I would advise all Medihelp members who are affected to ask their medical aid brokers to look for another medical aid. If enough members left, perhaps so *********** heads will roll.
