Medihelp incompetence and bully attitude

Medihelp insist to make use of medipost for chronic medication or you need to pay a copayment of 60% but do not have a service provider do in Harrismith. I need to travel 90km to the nearist drop of point. I need medication and it do not get to me in time because of this forcing of using a service that medihelp can't support.

If you do a complaint on the website and submit it it say sory sirvice not avalable.
