Medihelp hospital plan : TERRIBLE
Denied to pay on two occasions…explanation was trivial , when I had shown the explanation for been declined to the hospital, I received a chuckling laugh from the head doctor on shift at Gateway Busamed private hospital. He had stated that this is common with medihelp and they quick to find reasons not to payout or they delay and require extensive information to frustrate clients
