Medihelp has just been amazing

I have been on 3 medical aids in my life. One I had to leave when changing jobs and one I left due to sheer incompetence repeatedly. Medihelp has been a breath of fresh air! We have been with them for a year now and every dealing I have with them is professional.<br> -the call centre staff are competent and don't transfer me from person to person endlessly<br> -benefits that we are allowed are processed correctly when we use them<br> -my chronic condition benefits are allocated correctly every month<br> -the annual price increase was under 7%, and we gained benefits. My previous medical aid we lost benefits every year and had price increases of 10-14%<br> -we used to pay for 3 children (we have 3, and 1 on the way) but now their policy is to only charge for 2 children per family, meaning we are saving fees on 2 children every month<br> <br> It has been a wonderful year thanks to you Medihelp.
