Medihelp gives very bad service
Very poor service from Medihelp. Claim rejected with the excuse that one of the codes used by the medical professional is wrong. I have been using this medical professional since 2020 as she used the same codes in this invoice that she used previously. All of the other claims I submitted from this medical professional were accepted and paid by Medihelp. I want my claim settled immediately!!!
