Medihelp - False advertising on student package

Their service when applying for their student medical aid, is beyond pathetic. My future daughter in Law is studying through Oxbridge Academy. She is first doing her matric through them, and thereafter continuing with a degree. We supp**** all formal proof, and mentioned a checkup with a dentist etc. They made assumptions on gumand jaw diseases which we never mentioned and she Does Not have. Now they want proof of this suddenly. They also refused the student application, as it mist be teriary institution and NQF4 or above. Nowhere in their documents is this a requirement (i have proof of this). They refused the application as according to them, she is NOT a student. There they advertise *****ulantly and seek excuses for everything they reject or add.
