Medihelp fails me again

I currently work outside of South Africa and require chronic medication. I apply and am granted permission from Medihelp annually to get two batches of my chronic medication 6 months apart. They even dictate to me where I have to buy the medication from.

Yet every time I go to collect my meds, Medihelp come up with all sorts of excuses to delay my medication. The latest is that I have to resubmit my request. The best part is that by the time my request is granted, I will be back out of the country. I have the email where they granted my request for a years supply in two batches of 6 months ( that is how long a script is valid for) but they refuse to give me my medication until I resubmit a form that will take 5 working days to approve.

Medihelp has done everything in their power to avoid paying for the medication, yet every month they are there for their payment.

Can anyone recommend a decent medical aid that doesn't put money before the health of their customers?
