Medihelp FAILED me!

After 3,5 months, and motivations from both my GP and surgeon, Medihelp declined to assist in any way with my required total knee replacement. My ife has been with them for 40 years and myself for 34 years. So, the old saying is true..."if you want loyalty, buy a dog"!!- I will be cancelling my membership of Medihelp next week and I caution any of you who are members to make sure that you totally understand their so-called 'benefits"....otherwise you may be in for a nasty and expensive surprise
