Medihelp DSP choice is baffling

Medihelp are generally a good medical aid, but I really have a problem with their choice of DSP, namelt Medipost pharmacy. Medipost is absolutely useless, the number of negative reviews across the internet shows that. Why do you insist on partnering with them?

I need someone from Medihelp to explain to me how it is more cost-effective to have a parcel couriered to a doctor's office (which the doctor charges for, by the way!) than to have me go into my local pharmacy? I then need to to out of my way to a doctor that isn't even my GP, to collect the parcel.

And apart from the financial implications, what about the environmental implicaitons? How eco-friendly is to to have to package all the meds in a cardboard box, wrap a little plastic band around the box, drive it to a doctor's office, and then have me drive to fetch it?

Please Medihelp, make it make sense! Your exhorbitant 2025 price increase is already enough to have me reconsidering my options, but to have to continue to rely on Medipost?
