Medihelp dont want to assist

It is very difficult to speak to someone in the organization and to get any help. more than one person is working on a case and have different opinions and how must we comply with substandard advice. I am so frustrated not even a manager in will take the time to call or answer a mail, will always have the excuse that she is attending meetings, then take my concern and discuss it in the meeting I am so frustrated with medihelp that I am forced to cancel my medical aid
