Medihelp doesn't want to help

I have had a problem for the first time in a long time. I've been medihells client for almost three years. I called in a month ago to say I've had a bit of a problem if they can help me and I have called all week. Last month I owe 2k which I paid R300 and this month I still owe 2.3k I called yesterday and asked then if they can pls let me pay last lastmontha balance of 1.7k and this month for March the 2.3k which is 4k I wanted to pls pay R700 a month for six months to be up to date. For February and March. They have been so hard with me and haven't even asked what has happened. It's not like I didn't pay without reason I've actually asked them to help. I was always offered incredible help by maritsa van den he ever and now she no longer works there. I have received such hard help from the new lady bridgette where I'm too afraid to even ask her for a financial plan to pay back Feb and March. She told me I need to. Pay back Feb over two months and there was no negotiation. I now can't pay March because My car got ******. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had a issue. I'm asking for my payment for February and my payment now due for March to please be considered for a six month pay back and to just help me. Medihelp makes you afraid to talk to them to ask for help as they make you feel like ur nothing when this happens. Please.
