Medihelp doesn't cover all equipment for operation

I recently hurt my knee and went to the doctor and the doctor decided I urgently need a operation on the knee. We scheduled the operation for this week and whilst all the planning and booking was going on all the skeletons came out from Medihelp. I am booked for a knee operation and they advised me that I need to pay for the camera that the doctor must use for the procedure? Seriously... it is like approving a medical procedure but not covering the theater? I pay a lot for medical each month so that I can enjoy full hospital cover without further stress should I be admitted BUT they tell me that should the procedure been done in the consultation room they would cover it and then the lady still says, Oh you cant do it in the rooms. Nice...so you cover me for something that I cant use, that is a nice bonus. She told me that no Scheme covers this anymore and I started investigating this and there are numerous Schemes that covers the full procedure including the camera. People watch out for Medihelp and move if you can, as I was advised numerous times this week. Doctors and medical institutes do not want to do business with them anymore and that does say something about the Scheme!
