MEDIHELP DOES NOT HELP
Trying to get private nursing approved and have never been so disgusted by the way we are treated - no way we can speak to a supervisor, case manager refuses to listen. Been told I can clean my incontinent parent myself - a bit difficult since we do not live in the same province. Been a member for nearly 50 years - never missed a payment and this is what we have to deal with

16 Jul 2020, 10:18Again - tried to speak to a supervisor and was refused access to one. Case Manager - Walter said he has more urgent matters to deal with than mailing the supervisor and would see if he had time in the next two day. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Out premiums pay HIS salary. My dad tried to get answers and a 76 year old man was verbally abused by WALTER! Is any action going to be taken????
