Medihelp (Do they really help)

My brother-in-law has to go for a neck operation on Tuesday, the 5th of November and the medical aid told him that he must first pay R10 900.00 before he can get the operation, after that, he can claim it back. I am sorry, but what nonsense is this!!! Who walks with R10 900.00 in their back pocket? Now you want them to wait up until Friday before you give feedback regarding the motivation letter of the specialist???? They cannot wait till then and they cannot pay R10 900.00, even if they can afford it, WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK IF THEY CLAIM IT???? THIS IS TRUELY UNACCEPTABLE. Sort this out and contact Chris Swart at ***, otherwise I will go on every single media page as well as Carte Blanche with this story.
