MEDIHELP DO NOT CARE

Medihelp DO NOT CARE. Their version of helping is making you wait for an answer for two months as to whether they are willing to help during a PANDEMIC but then just telling you that you only have three options that you either can’t afford or can’t take. I was with you for 17 faithful years since you were Topmed but you couldn’t help me for 3 months. I have had to cancel my medical aid due to loss of income because your limited solutions are not possible for me to take. In the whole time I have been with Medihelp I’ve cost you less than R1000 per year. Now, because I’m 47, any medical aid I join in future will be biased against me. People be under no illusion: Medihelp are NOT a caring company. They just want your money. #MEDIHELP. BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, SMALL ENOUGH TO NOT GIVE A DAMN.
