Medihelp (Denis) has very good reason for worst medial Aid Provider especially any claims theough Denis (Dental)

In the past month our whole family went teeth cleaning at an Oral Hygienist. The Oral Hygienist works in the rooms of the Orthodontist where my son had his braces put in. We are on Dimension Prime 3 scheme which claims to cover 2 cleans a year per member. When I put in the claims Denis took two weeks to reply and then only to reject the claims as they claim they do not pay out oral hygiene done in an orthodontists rooms. There was not an orthodontist in sight when we had out teeth cleaned, it was exactly the same service as when we had it done by an Oral Hygienists in the dentists Room. The oral hygienist use the rooms of dentists and orthodontists as a convenience to their clients. Denis just outright rejects the claims. They give no logical reason and to date have not been able to refer me to the small print that says that Ora hygienist working in Orthodontists practices are not to be used.

We have had endless problems with Denis. This definitively not the first time.They refuse answer any questions directly and send standard responses.

One would hope at the rates we pay for medical Aids that they would be able to give constructive advice and logical reasons for their rejections.

Be very careful if you are considering Medihelp. You may as well assume you have no dental cover! We will not be with them for much longer if I can help it
