Medihelp delays ayments an poor admin
Received no statements or payments for claims made between 3 and 11 April - it has been more than a month now! And no statements from Dental section for a year now!! Poor excuse that it is a contracted company - I am a member of Medihelp not DRC. Very poor service for the large member fees. Medihelp website info re claims is not updated and incorrect.
