Medihelp declines auth without valid reason even though surgery is important

My Auth was declined for jaw surgery however the reason I needed and still need the surgery is because I am 34 years old and my jaw hasn't stopped growing. I have hemimandibular hyperplasia. A condition I was made aware of only recently when I decide to have braces done. Thinking all along that my misalligned teeth was the reason my face was shaped so badly. Fast forward and I'm sent for a bone scan which reveals that I have this bone disease causing growth and no one can tell if and when it will stop but my face has shifted so bad that I have trouble eating and breathing and eventually I won't be able to chew let alone talk properly! This is not cosmetic I have sent medihelp numerous proofs that this is a condition which affects only 30% of ppl world wide. I am sick of this company always rejecting things without even communicating for motivation or proof. I had enough honestly. If they could not cover the surgery atleast cover the hospital bill because any future problems thay rise from this will be on their hands. I'm not done and I have sent emails and messages. If my request is not dealt with after everything I have sent then I am going to involve others. My bone scan was R7000 I paid for it cash my orthodontist is R30 000 also cash

Try and understand this! This is not cosmetic and exclusion or not this is a bone disease causing problems with my general health and well being! Medihelp does not deserve my family's contributions!!
