MediHelp benefits decrease but premiums increase

MediHelps gets a 0 from me. Me and my family had been on Medvital since 2021. In the being they lived up to what their add says: 'We look after your and family's medical needs'. It's a lie! This year (2024) I needed to go for a 2nd Resotimy/RF procedure that is non surgical. When I requested for an Authorisation nr the feedback were: MediHelp do not cover that anymore. Then I also enquired about Hernia repair operator. Again the same reply: MediHelp do not cover that anymore. After many email correspondence and requesting MediHelp to assist me to get the Resotimy authorised but no success. The monthly premiums went up every year but the benefits got less and less. I have changed to Momentum now. I will not promote MediHelp to my colleagues, friends or family.
