Medihelp - bad service

I am a new member of Medihelp, but first have to get confirmation of cancellation of my current medical aid.

My broker sent Medihelp an email on 25 April to postpone the date of the debit order till beginning of June. The debit order went through and money was deducted from my bank account. She sent Medihelp again an email on 3 May to reverse the debit order.......NO response from Medihelp again. So up to now none of us received ANY response from Medihelp. So my conclusion is that Medihelp just stole my money and refuse to contact me or the broker, concerning this matter. I am extremely disappointed in the customer care of Medihelp. Big business just want your money, but to do a refund..................that does not exist.
