MEDIHELP ARE USELESS
This medical aid are ****mers. They sign you on and dissapear. When its time for usage, they are hesitant then paid then reversed payments wihout notifcation. The service provider then starts to demand payment and you are lost has to why they didnt make payments. I have now cancelled medihelp and strongly encourage others not to even consider them.

20 Nov 2023, 10:58Client got to be careful what they sign up for. After 7 months an audit is done and found that certain claims were not part of the scheme, hence payments from the service provider is reversed. Service provider is not organized also to allow this reverse payment after 7 months. This notification comes after 7 months and the provider is now calming for the money. Its odd to understand this issue. The excuse is that a test was conducted out of hospital, all tests were done in hospital and thats whay it was paid for. DONT TAKE THIS MEDICAL AID. YOU WILL BE IN FOR BIG SURPRISES. MANY PROPER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT PROVIDES TRUE AND DECENT MEDICAL AIDS OR INSURANCE.
