Medihelp and Denis

I had problems with my teeth where the 3 front teeth was turning black/breaking off/coming loose. My dentist submitted a request for a bridge to Denis that is under Medihelp. They approved it and returned a document with the breakdown of the cost. The total for the procedure was R12 913. The "member portion" was R796 . I don't have R13000 so i contacted Denis/Medihelp and asked them to explain this to me. They told me that i only have to pay R796 which will be deducted from my savings account at the medical aid. a R796 from my savings account i could afford so we proceeded. Now that the procedure is done, i get calls from the company that made the bridge from the amount of R7900. My dentist have an amount of almost R6000. And medihelp suddenly don't know of anything and i have massive accounts everywhere and no money to pay them. All medihelp is saying is that my savings account is "SPAARREKENING UITGEPUT"....THIS WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO COME OFF MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I have been asking Denis to give my a copy of the phone recording as i know i asked those questions...and guess what? i get no feedback from Medihelp/Denis and everybody wants their money, but help from my medical aid is nowhere to be found...
