Medihelp AGAIN risk the lives of the elderly by incorrectly refusing chronic blood pressure pills that were approved

Previous complaints eg ***0 0 2 5 in this regard, which Medihelp acknowledged as errors but AGAIN repeated the error after months of emails, complaints and calls: On 30/12/2020 member 6 7 6 8 7 4 1 who is 86 years of age again paid for chronic blood pressure pills item 6 5 6 8 9 3 9 7 PEARINDA 4MG TAB and AGAIN Medihelp refused the claim. This is an approved chronic medicine and blood-pressure is life-threatening. We tried so hard to convince management to fix the cause of this error before. Look at the history of previous complaints of this exact same issue, it is becoming clear that staff at Medihelp are now targeting this patient because of the previous complaint, it is not possible for staff to be this ***********. Do you want her to die? This is unacceptable, and rectification is no longer enough, steps MUST be taken against staff members. This matter is being referred to lawyers, NO PHONE CALLS, ONLY REACT IN WRITING to janmconradie at gmail dot com. Note the third party authorization on your file already, you are now ******ing an 86 year old member and you require her to check every single statement electronically, since they're now ALL wrong, and respond electronically while she has no internet. This is inhuman treatment and third party will act on her behalf.
