Medihelp actully medidebt

My wife was pregnant 30 weeks and then she phoned medihelp for medical aid for the twins we are having and wile talking to the consoltent she asked when the twins are born will they be coverd and they said yes. Two weeks after she agreed of the medical aid plan she was rushed in for a emergency c-section and the boyes where born. When we said to the docter that they are covered with medical aid then the medical aid said they are not because the medical aid is not active yeat and even when the medical is active they will only be coverd after 12 mouths waiting period. So now i have to pay all medical bills and my two premature boys need to be transfered to a state hospital
