Medihelp Absolutely Useless
The most pathetic service by a medical aid by far. Struggling over 2 weeks for Authorization for an operation. Keeps saying that radiology documents were not received, although it was sent through on 3 different occasions and Msdihelp acknowledged it was received on 16 April 2025. Operation is in 2 days, and we still get send the Authorization with 90% of codes rejected due to Radiology documents not received.

After requesting the theater notes from the Dr, I sent it on 5 May 2025 requesting acknowledgement of receipt thereof. Up to now (2 weeks later) no feedback, no acknowledgement of receiving it, no communication at all.
Claims submitted by service providers still not processed, whilst I must answer them as to why Medihelp does not respond. Changing to Medihelp definitely ranks as one of the worst decisions I have ever made.
