My father is at Medihelp MediElite the best plan of Medihelp. He is 79 years old and a pensioner and is paying a lot for the best plan of Medihelp so that all his medical needs will be covered. He was diagnosed with cancer and Medi help said he must pay 30% of all treatment. The doctors gave an estimate of what the treatment will cost, and the medical aid gave an amount that is available for the treatment if you deduct the treatment cost there will be more than double that amount still available for cancer treatment. Because of my father's age and medical condition, he can only use the one option of chemo the other options can be very dangerous and the doctor have written reports to confirm this. I feel is there is enough money available for cancer treatment and this chemo is the only one he can use why can Medi help not pay 100% for the treatment.
