Medihelp

I have been a member with Medihelp for the past 7 years.

To get them them to pay for any medical procedure in or out of hospital is near to impossible.

I have just been footed a bill of R5000.00 for blood tests done in hospital under admission, they have then deducted almost R8000.00 from my savings for an MRI scan also done whilst under admission in hospital. What is it that you cover? Seems you blatantly ****** money out of your clients and if they are none the wiser or don't query anything you are happy to take their money.

Where is your integrity??? Why do i have to query every last account with yourselves in order for you to pay anything or find a reason as to why you wont pay?
