I want to report this terrible medical aid Medihelp. The way my case has was handled. I hope that this will go everywhere and they will never treat anyone like this ever again.

Thank you for looking into my mothers case again, I have been requested to write a letter with regards to why we did not disclose when my mother went for the scopes as well as for sugar.

The reason for the non-submission of the above information is due to the fact that the application was done with my mother herself and not with me due to POPIA, as you can see my mother is 72 and she does not always understand questions in the way they are initially posed or the specific terminology used. Additionally, my mother was only diagnosed with HBP, which was disclosed.
