AND YET STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM MEDIHELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would never advice anyone to join Medihelp as they have the worst customer service ever! they cancel your medical aid without notification after arrangements were made and proof of payments sent.
now after I have been struggling to get my medical Aid reinstated (witch they refuse to do) they refuse to pay back my money for January month after they have cancelled my medical aid in November 2018!!!!! if I can advice anyone , STAY AWAY FROM MEDIHELP as they will take your money and not return it.
