Medical Scheme not eagger to assist.

With Covid 19 we were diagnosed positive. This medical aid were to assist. We paid the funds from our pocket. According to their broker Jason we could claim this back from the fund. After consultation with him I asked should I lay a complaint myst I act accordingly, he dared me to lay the complaint. As according to him as a consultant or Broker he did what he could. However the fund has found several excuses not to assist and attend to our claim rather looking for. Excuses not to pay back the funds. We are new Clients of this sceme but the efforts done by them is questionable.
