Medical "Scheme"

I am retired and stuck with this Medical "Scheme" who are structured in a way that almost every claim submitted is paid from savings and then there is nothing that is funded after that yet you keep paying in case you need hospitalization. They refused to pay for IVI bisphosphinates even though I had fractures and low bone mineral density. They refused to pay for ****** Asacol as they got there own protocols. They refused to fund specific antidepressants even though they less costly. Even their acccounting department leaves much to be desired. As to their website, if you leave questions no one responds. Why should consultations and meducations come from the same pool of savings account. Speaking to their agents, they are there to stifle any claim. I feel like something very drastic need to be done !
