Medical is pathetic

No grace shown during lock down period due to payements not being able to be paid, after being a good payer for 2 years already, stating all my Benifits are lost if I couldn't pay one month, which helps me nothing . customer service not good, seems they only care about themselves and money, would like a medical aid who actually cares for the paying customers well being
