Medical Aid that does not consider a patient but just the money!!!!!

I have been a Member on Medihelp for a very long time. In 2021 I got Covid and spend 2 months in the Millpark ICU on a Ventilator and Echmo. They discharged me on 24 hour oxygen. Last year they stopped paying for my oxygen and they came to fetch the machine from me. I have been struggling with my oxygen since I came out of hospital. My oxygen levels are between 75-85 on a daily basis. My Cardiologist asked me to see a Pulmonologist now its not covered as PMB after paying a bill of 2.1 million rand they did not bother to mark my condition as a PMB. I must now pay out of my savings to see the DR, which means I won't have enough money to cover my Chronic medication they refused to cover???? Is it worth it to pay R18000 a month????
