I am beyond angry and disappointed with [Medical Aid Provider]. Their level of incompetence is astounding. Despite making all necessary payments, I have been repeatedly threatened with termination of my membership, with absolutely no valid reason or assistance provided. It’s clear they have no interest in helping their clients, and the customer service is nothing short of appalling.
This has gone on for far too long, and I am now on the verge of involving a lawyer. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman and the Council for Medical Schemes because this level of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your peace of mind.
