Medical Aid *******

One of my medical aid dependants turned 26 years old on 26 February 2020. I wrote an email to Medihelp:

'Good day,

Please take note that I hereby terminate Dithapelo Assurance Masoma’s membership of Medihelp. I hereby request that contribution no longer be made from my salary in respect of the said former medical aid dependent.

Regards,

Koena Masoma – Unique Number: 126.....'

The said dependant has never used the services of Medihelp after my instruction for him to be terminated. Unfortunately money continues to be deducted from my salary in favour of Medihelp. This is in excess of R2000.00per month, for March, April and May 2020. I need a refund from Medihelp since there no justification for them to reap where they have not sown.

My attempts at trying to get a refund from Medihelp is not taken seriously by Medihelp, instead they prefer to shift the blame to my employer, yet they continue to exploit my hard earned money.

Please help.
