MEDICAL AID REFUSES TO PAY MY DOCTO'S VISIT
I have been a member of medihelp since december the 1st. i went to see a docto a couple of weeks later and still today the docto has not been paid
I have tried to phone the company for several times they are still unable to help me. They told me i have funds in the account they don't know why the doctor keeps getting rejected when he tries to claim, now i have to pay the doctor cash.
i still have not received my membeship card also
This is the worst medical aid scheme ever, i would not recommend it to anyone
