Medical aid not worth taking out

We have a so called basic medical aid which I understand. But if you advertise and sell a medical aid and do not even pay for basic prescription medicine I don't understand why it is not just advertised as a hospital plan. We had the student plan and have not ones claimed for any prescribed medication until last week and low and behold they payed for a nasal spray and that was all. Definitely changing to a hospital plan from another medical aid such as Key health which has inpecable service. Al least you get what you paid for
