Medical Aid not paying

My daughter have been on this medical aid for about 5 years now. Now she have a problem with a Impact tooth that has penetrated the macsillary antral wall. And it formed a cyst. Now the medical aid does not want to pay for it, because they use 2 different ICD10 codes, and now it looks like the procedure can only be covered for the wisdom tooth removal and not the syst.

According to me, the tooth is the problem for the cyst and we tried to reason with them but they insist that they will not be paying for the cyst as it has nothing to do with their protocol.
