**** Medical Aid Company. Medihelp is not medihelp, but Medipain!

Last year I decided to take a medical aid, when a guy from Hippo called me marketing their medical insurance. We concluded on one and few weeks later Medihelp consultant called to welcome me and during the conversation it came up that there were co payments, whch I was never informed off, as the guy that sold me this cover did not disclose. I immediately informed the lady that I want to cancell, as I was not aware of this. I received documents from her and rep**** to her. The email went through to information infornation office, but they ignored the email. They now want me to pay two months of the medical cover i did not even use. I told them I cancelled three days after enrollment, but they keep on sending me statements. This is a **** medical aid company, stay away and tell more to stay away. I am going to fight them until they do the right thing. Even on social media, this company need to be exposed and I will do just that.
