Medical Aid *******!

We have been with this medical aid for 7 years. I can literally count on my two hands, the times we have claimed from this medical aid. After the SHOCKING increase on the contribution amount, one would think that you would at least have the authority to USE your day to day funds AVAILABLE as per your liking. How is it possible that your day to day funds can be used on GPs, Specialists, medications but not dentistry. Since when does medical aids decide what and where you can use your funds??? Paying almost R4000 for one adult and two children which is only a Hospital plan is a ******* and then you want to decide what can be done with our benefits. Next time please do STIPULATE CLEARLY these type of exclusions! Please don't even respond with a "you are investigating this problem". I don't care. I am taking my money elsewhere!
