Medi Help, Gross violation of Mebers's Contracts
So my mother ends up at the emergency centre in Panorama Hospital yesterday 29.10, and it's confirmed via blood tests and X-RAYS that it is a lung infection. May I ad that they are MEDI HELP members. Now at a hospital with x2 registered pholmonologists, Dr Theron and Partner we are told by MEDI HELP that irrespective her being admitted to the heart Unit for a lung infection " baring in mind she has had a heart attack, and she is on Oxygen 24/7" they have NO pholmonologists on their entire network, regardless of being admitted for a lung related illness!!!! After years of paying thousands of rand's towards membership fees. The level of arrogance and incompetence boggles the mind. The levels they are stooping to NOT to assist a legitimate medical matter is way beyond what any paying member should have to put up with! Members are only informed at the point of dying that things aren't what the contract says. In the mean time she has been admitted to hospital and can't get treatment. #disgracefullMEDIHELP!!!
