Luvamor script and updating of new script on PMB auth not done
<p>On 16 Jan 2017 Dr Muzamhindo after my discharge on a post hospitalisation consultation (I hope that claim will be paid from correct benefits-post hospitalisation), He faxed bloods and script (17.01.2017am) for Luvamor 10mg daily/nocte for Hyperlipidaemia, to date there is NO corresponde with regards to PMB approval and I am only left with Friday and Saturday tablet. Secondly due to the newly diagnosed ICD 10 Code E78.5, the Dr then updated the Optipharm old script and faxed new script with bloods, to date NO communication in both cases. I have only one life aand it is the number 1 priority of everything and anything!</p>
