Live Chat functionality on Website a waste of time
The only thing the agent was interested in was to obtain my name and number, instead of answering my very simple questions. If you are going to have a live chat please man it with people that are able to give you basic information, or say it outright that its a sales portal not to waste my time. If I wanted an agent to contact me I would have gone to that section of your website.
