Lies to clients - Does not pay!

I am a member at Medihelp. I had an exclusion for Gastro intestinal treatments in my first year. Just before the year was over I started getting serious pain on my stomach. I went to numerous doctors and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. The one doctor said that she suspects I might have gallstones. She then sent me to the hospital and had me admitted immediately. I was in extreme pain. The treating doctor gave a code for acute abdomen and medical aid rejected my stay. I landed up having to pay for the full stay and still not knowing what is wrong with me. I had to book myself out since the case sister told me that I need to pay R20000 in advance if I want a diagnoses. <br> <br> In the beginning of March I still had the severe pain but my waiting period was over. I went to doctors room and they did another sonar. This sonar confirmed polyps on my gallbladder. The medical aid however has decided that even though I have no other choice but to have the polyp removed they will charge me a co payment. The staff has **** to me on more than one occasion. So no matter how you look at this Medihelp WILL find a way not to pay for your full medical bills!!! Unacceptable!!!
