It's been 4 weeks my query not resolved
i have logged a query in December about claim which was not paid and again i did write here my query not resolve for almost a month,stop promising things you can provide the claim for November still not paid because of system error for my husband.I went to consult last week and my claim was paid within 3 days so please stop telling different stories

According to the information at my disposal both you and your spouse terminated your membership with Medihelp and I am therefore unable to find any trace of services rendered during November 2017.
I therefore would like to request that you contact your current medical scheme, Medshield, in order to address the matter.
