ITC for In-Hospital account
My daughter was admitted in August 2018. Her pediatrician did blood tests for R12000.00 during her admission. Months later I received a outstanding account for R1600.00 for tests in the time of the admission. I called Medihelp and asked the lady to please reverse the claim as they processed the claim through my savings (this is not the first time Medihelp did this)... Today I received a letter from ITC saying I have a few days to settle the account or they will ITC my name. Medihelp does not care.
