Infringement of privacy and false accusations

Earlier this year I've changed plans by Medihelp,was paid up on previous plan and still is paid up on new plan.then this debt collector phoned me,I'm in arrears with the previous plan what is bull**** but I've asked them to send me an email stating everything. Now I receive the email from the so called attorneys,but what is scary,the attachment they are sending me have all the clients they handed over to this people,which include full names,ID numbers.how can they even think of doing that,which means my name and ID number is also being send to multiple people. Well you are a infringement on my privacy,you are not allowed to share any of my details to anyone,
