Incorrect fee structure
Incredibly frustrated!!
I went through the trouble of getting pre-approval for my daughter's procedure. Now, the hospital claim is still unpaid since May due to "Incorrect fee structure", what a load of ****! The hospital has done everything from their side to correct or change the documentation but Medihelp is nowhere to be found. When we phone the call center they tell us everything looks fine but we keep getting the same rejection response.
Useless.
