Incorrect billing
In June 2015 I sent a cancellation e-mail to Eastco brokers to cancel my policy with Medihelp,I request to cancel as they gave me incorrect information that lead to loads of medical aid bills I had to pay out of my pocket. Yet no one processed my cancellation,there were numerous emails sent!Please check my account. Aug I got fed up,I'm not prepared to pay an installment as were by I asked for this thing to be cancelled 2 months prior.I paid the money to Medihelp for canceling before the end of the year.And still Marissa has the audacity to keep on phoning and harrasing me for the money! I am now so fed up! If this matter is not resolved I will publish my story in all the newspapers and the medical aid board and the HPCSA and I will definitely discourage all that thought of taking out Medihelp!Never in my life have I come across such ********** service !!!! NOT HAPPY!
